Meet Perry Raso, owner of Matunuck Oyster Bar in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Perry’s interest in aquaculture began when he was young. Now an oyster and produce farmer, he serves over 600 meals at his farm-to-table restaurant daily.

Oysters are being shucked and placed on ice.
